Kleur Color Care is a new brand of haircare products that offer several hues of semi-permanent pastel hair dyes as well as shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated to increase color longevity and vibrance. The brand targets the young, millennial/gen z audience by using aesthetics commonly associated with internet and social media culture juxtaposed with visual cues taken from the Art Deco-movement. During its heyday, Art Deco represented luxury, glamour, exuberance, and faith in social and technological progress.
